As winter arrives at year-end, warmth abounds. On December 31, 2025, Suzhou Greenway Biotech Co., Ltd. held a Q4 employee care event themed “Warm Gathering at Year-End, Together for a New Journey”, combining employee birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, and year-end team building. Seventeen employees gathered to review their growth and welcome the new year in a warm, ritual-filled atmosphere.
The venue was carefully decorated with flowers and a full refreshment spread, with a 12-inch birthday cake and custom gifts on display, brimming with festive joy and the company’s care. At the opening, the company leader extended sincere greetings to all staff, and warm wishes to employees celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries in the fourth quarter, thanking them for their year-long hard work and commitment, and hoping everyone would keep moving forward and growing with the company in the new year.
The birthday and anniversary session was heartwarming. The company prepared exclusive surprises for six key employees: tea set souvenirs for two employees with one year of service to mark their rapid growth; exclusive souvenirs for Irene, who had served for four years, in tribute to her long-term dedication; and gifts and wishes for two birthday employees. Everyone sang the birthday song together and shared the sweet cake, with applause and cheers filling the air, capturing warm moments of deep team friendship.
The fun interactive game session lifted the atmosphere to a climax. Seventeen employees competed in teams, cooperated tacitly, and competed enthusiastically, bringing the team closer and strengthening collaboration in laughter. The winning team received custom small prizes, and all staff relaxed and bonded in a joyful atmosphere.
